As I am aiming to create some kind of printed textile for my final outcome I decided to put one of my images onto a screen and create some prints. Before deciding on which image I wanted to use in print I looked at several of the pictures, I split the colours up into four separate layers using acetate pieces, so that I could see how the colours would look when layered up in print.

 

I decided that the above image was the on which I wanted to use, as I feel that it looked the most effective. Below are the prints I came up with.

  I was very pleased with the outcome, however I think they may look better if the image I used had been slightly more abstract.
